Whisperblower: what makes it so much more efficient?
By redesigning the shape of the housing, it is possible to build up more pressure without additional energy input. This means that the power consumption does not differ from conventional models despite the increased performance.
The new design also makes the Whisperblower more robust and efficient. Its air circulation is increased by up to 40% and it can withstand up to 20% more pressure compared to previous models
The main advantage is that the new design does not lead to an increase in the noise level, but actually achieves a reduction in volume with the same performance.

What is an EC motor and how does it work?
The two components of the motor, stator (the stationary part of the motor with the electromagnets) and rotor (the moving part, also with electromagnets in conventional AC motors) differ in that no electromagnets are installed in the rotor of the EC motor, which must be supplied with power via brushes. This is why it is also referred to as a brushless electric motor. The rotor contains permanent magnets (permanent magnets) that are moved by a magnetic field via electromagnets on the stator. For this purpose, control electronics are used that are installed on the motor and, in addition to internal control functions that ensure the function of the motor, also enable speed control via a voltage of 0-10 volts. This can be applied externally via climate controllers (temperature, humidity) or is already built into the fan housing with a climate controller in the corresponding products.
