The Phyto-Genesis Spectrum has been fine-tuned to not only grow plants, but also to produce more compact, more productive and higher quality flowers, fruits and leaves. Unlike most LED grow lights that use white or white and red LEDs, we use 8 different LED colors to achieve specific plant responses known as photomorphogenesis.
Our spectrum triggers the hormonal response of plants to different light colors and the ratio of these colors to minimize stem growth and maximize flowering and fruiting. Compact, bushier plants are not only easier to work with, but also maximize the yield per square metre.
Ultraviolet
3% ultraviolet light (<400nm) imitates the natural UV light of the sun and ensures that the plants become bushier and more compact, are more resistant to pathogens and insects and produce more terpenes and pigments.
In contrast to additional UV light bars, PhytoMAX-4 distributes the UV light evenly over the entire cultivation area at a concentration that provides your plants with the benefits of UV light throughout the entire growth cycle and is not just limited to the last few weeks of flowering.
Infrared / Far red
Infrared/far-red light (700-750 nm) increases photosynthetic efficiency through the Emerson effect. Too much of it can lead to stem elongation, but when paired with the right ratio of red and blue light, as is the case in the Phyto-Genesis spectrum, it increases yield.
Violet
Violet light (400-450 nm) penetrates better into dense plant canopies to nourish the lower leaves, allowing high quality flowers and fruit to grow further down the plant.
Blue
Blue light (450-480 nm) stimulates chlorophyll B photosynthesis more efficiently than green or yellow light and helps the leaves to remain more compact and penetrate the canopy better.
Red
Red light (600-700 nm) drives photosynthesis, but can also cause plants to elongate their stems if it is not combined with an adequate amount of blue light.

Reliable active cooling
PhytoMAX-4 increases efficiency and maximizes service life by actively cooling the LEDs. Cooler LEDs run more efficiently and have a longer service life, especially with the special UV and violet LEDs we use. Although fans are a moving part, none have ever failed in tens of thousands of lights over the last 13 years, and our patented design includes multiple redundant fans. Even if one of the two lamps should fail, it will still work perfectly.
